The experience I had with Heidi , while going through my first time purchasing a home was great ! She was so professional,very responsive and would answer every quick I had to ask . Her responses was very quick , and very east to work with . I have since recommended family and friends to work with her because of the amazing experience I had with her . If I could give 10 stars I would! This company was truly heaven sent for me and my family when it came time to closing on our newly built first home. I was initially with another company that I realized did not have our best interest so we had to switch and start over. That’s when HS Solutions stepped in and stepped up. Heidi was very professional and an absolute sweetheart from day one. She took our situation very seriously and understood that time wasn’t on our side for closing. I have Purchase, sold and refinance with Heidi, being that I work for the Social Security and I hear about fraud everyday I was skeptical to use any other company aside from the big company.
